I placed an order for a few DVD's and they were late and on my account it didnt say that they were posted or that they were awaiting stock of my Items.
So I emailed them asking why, within a couple of hours I had an email saying they were processed and they turned up today
I have spoke to a few people who said that play have a great customer service and I have to say I agree
Has anyone else had this?
