will swing by with minstrel for arti xp at first then fix another leeech when minstrel's done

Can't offer an ice wiz, unless you thought that a 44 Ice wiz with an active 42 Ice wiz leech was suitable (and they probably aren't - though it'd be an interesting experiment).

Would bring either the 42 Ice wiz or a 40 cleric (34 enhance) as leech.

Yeah. I am going to respec the cleric, but not yet, as I have other stuff for him to do for now.

The icers will get higher. Didn't think you'd want 2 icers with the 2nd best pbaoe, but offered in case you were desperate. It doesn't work as well in a leech group as in one where you have more tanks.
