If you have the chars available best/quickest PL in POC is with:

1. Tri Spec ML9 Caby with at least 20 dps dmg shield.
2 & 3 Decent BB +25% enh, PF and decent heals
4. Friar for Heal Proc - far better proc rate than cleric.
5. Necro - Servant Spec

Friar can be swapped out giving grp Proc every 20 mins, leaving 4 spots for PL. Also good backup for rezz should it go wrong.

Basically go to CTR room (Alb side POC). Necro pulls about half a full room at a time and Caby ML9's and pulls from corridors. With Friar Proc Caby can easily take 30+ mobs on it but does need one of the bots stuck to him for occassional sim heals. Make sure Pet has spd buff on him and when you have enough mobs race back to PF's near CTR room with pet on passive.

Even with just ML9 Focus, bot and Friar Proc. Have PL'd from 20-40 in under 6 hours. Swapping Friar for PL char.
