I never could figure out the prices for below level 30. What would that be? Same as 30 to 40?

1) Usualy its payment at the end of the night or when you level (its visual). Some ask a few plat infront to make sure you will not let them down.

2) Depends if a Cabbie or Necro does it. Necro better at the later levels (45+). Cabbie better at the lower levels (45-). If you find a plevel, expect 1 hour per level early, 2 hours per level in the middle, up to 3 to 4 in the end.

3) Auto-Split Cash/Loot is always off in plevel. A Cabbie/Necro gives you xp while farming cash him/her self. You are the bonus to cream it all off.

4) You asked for an estimated cost, I do no plevel, but I paid several times to get plevel.

hehe to PL with a pally is quite fast, til around 45....

40-45 = 1p each level
35-40 = 600g "
30-35 = 400g "
