When in RvR, ever thought to yourself "Wouldn't a nice Pac healer be useful here?" or prehaps "A full Bs skald would make my day?" Of course you have, we all have...

Have we ever considered powerleveling characters for use in rvr?

For instance, wed elect an experienced player, maybe somebody whod gotten a character to 50 already, and they would create a character which was designed to excel in rvr. Then a group of high level friends would powerlevel this character to rvr level and bob's your mum, you have a rvr specific character - one which would never of leveled in PvE on it's own - thinking of Pac healers here.

Maybe i'm being a scumbag, but hey it struck me while looking at the rvr posts...

It's a nice idea, but even being power leveled, to get to 50 would take many days of /played took me 24 hours to get a sb to 24 for BG's so for main RvR would be a long time

5 days /played not long.. sjeez, if I were to plvl a bloke that long I'd charge him 3euros an hour!

no 5 days to get lvl 50 and still manage to do all the epics isnt long.. thats like... a week and a half or so if u play 10 hours a day..

hey i have an even better idea!!

how about we get 8 new players to make 8 new chars, give them links to really good guides about how to play their chars, and then let them powerlevel themselves?

I thought most Healers these daya were speccing for high Pac. It's not actually any more difficult to level a high Pac healer than any other spec as neither Mend or Aug need to be kept very high.

The uber Pac template is 23/9/48 M/A/P and this can be easily achieved through normal levelling. There's little point in going past 48 in Pac as you would lose your 50% group insta heal.

The problem isn't levelling a Pac Healer, it's getting people who want to play one as they are either (a) boring, or (b) extremely challenging (dependent on who you ask ). At the end of the day not everyone is happy to play a support class.
