PL alts in mid

Gonna start playing on mid pryd very soon

I have 2 accts so I am interested in what char is best for PL alts.

I have heard many diff answers to this question so would appreciate your thoughts...

So far peeps recommended:

Supp SM
Cave Shammy
Pac Healer
BDancer

Whatya think?

well tank/aug shaman, caster/pac healer. Are good to start with. I got lvl50 + rr4l0 before i got my second account, went to spindel pl'd aug shaman to 40 in less than 3 days.

Then used the shaman to buff new alts and lvl them to 20 in less than a day.

Pl'd my pac healer with a friend with a shaman and he pl'd a warrior at the same time.

Summ sm/pac healer rocks for farming.

I didn't say so. But you cant kill faster than the mobs respawn

I may find it easier with my setup to level 1 char and then use him to PL new alts rather than play 2 chars at the same time from lvl1.

So I need a char to take to a high level - what best calss for this purpose - I am talking a class that can PL an alt alone quickly like the chanter does.

The best bet is to team up with another lvl50 who wants to pl an alt - in that case the advice you have given is still good>

BUT if i have to solo PL what is best char?

I would have said berzerker/shaman because its not how uber mob's you can take down..but how fast you can take em down and doing it with as less downtime as possible, but after patch 1.62 who know's how it will work..maybe try a SM or a BD combined with a healer, will give nice killing speed , low downtime , and they aint being nerfed in 1.62....

OK lets say I want to make a SM or BD for this purpose - what best to spec in? - forgive my ignorance but I am a hib man...

Supp BD for his tanking skills Insta lifetap and healers. Would say summ sm for the damage shield he holds on his pet. But then again sm needs a good pox due to the power drainage the shield use. Guess a supp sm could go too if you have a stunner with you.

if you have a pac gimp along summ sm is better than supp i think, it doesnt matter how much mobs are on the pet, can do for example 8mobs with same dt as one, just make sure the healer heals the pet before it dies and that he doenst get aggro, its pretty much heaven if you can manage that

I have just aquired a second account and am lvling a shaman/h2h savage together. No down time, and the savage kills fast. Probably the better option than a zerker.

I've tried most combo's.. I've found my savage kills fastest with no dowtime at all teamed with an aug shaman. Problem with casters is you need to have power rests.Savage all the way imo.

fully buffed h2h savages are more dangerous than zerkers pve, e4 pl'd my shammy very quickly in spind with his savage bitch.

aug shammies are the buffbots tho, specline buffs, dmg add, end regen, baseline heals and friggs if u hybrid spec a bit, heal over time whihc doesnt leech xp

supp bd's for pl?
hmm they are well powerful solo, but for PL imo they take too long to kill mobs compared to other choices if u want PL. yea ok they can tank but greencon tank pet and staff dmg against an orange mob? and the lifetap drains power a fair bit but speeds things up

what i woudl recommend is duo a h2h savage and aug shammy, or if u wanna lvl the buffbot quick just group him up, its easy - everyone wants end regen

Zerker + aug shaman is faster atm .... but since they will be nerfed I would go with savage+aug shaman aswell

My Zerker and Shaman lvled together very quick could do orange and reds with no downtime, really enjoyed lvling them both.

I think moste of you missed the point of the post, he wanna know what char he can have on one acc to pl another char, so no combos of chars :/

So far my bd is lvl 19, and with his mana usage i would say you cant pl another char verry effecetly with out mr.

well, aug shammy for 2nd account, great PL and useful for when u go rvr too, be another buffbottedmid ^^
