is there anyone else out there still waiting for passwords?

i have been trying to get a response from subscription@goa.com since the 18th of last month.

started ok they sent me 2 noreply emails on the 8th and 9th of september, saying the status of my question has been changed to resolved.

between then and the 17th ive sent over 20 emails with all my details, with no response.

buy yesterday i was so pissed off that i sent them an email saying the following, (about 100 times)

buy the way they`ve blocked my emails now.

PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY PASSWORDS


im pissed off with being ignored, so im gonna spam your email address untill u responed, u closed my accounts and havent responded to over 20 emails, no passwords, nothing, only standed responses saying the status of my question has been changed to resolved.

i dont see any way to get a response nomatter what i do so im off to down load an email spammer. may be if i send 5000 emails a day u might respond to one of them.

u have no right to call your self a company.

i also want an email address for the managing director of GOA. Ive never been treated so badly buy any company ive ever had to deal with, u people havent got a clue.


how can my problem possible be resolved if U HAVE NOT SENT ME ANY PASSWORDS, if your trying to wind me up, well done, your doing a fine job..

over 20 TIMES i have sent new info, ive been trying to get in touch with u people for weeks , and all i ever get is standard replies, saying my problem has been resolved, maybe it will help if i paste my old and received emails as well as all my details to u, but somehow i doubt it.

i made a new email account and sent them 1 message this morning and now they have blocked that email account as well.

Surely there're actions or lack of them is illeagal, I now take legal advice.will post here when I find out what the authorities are going to do.

That's the French version of the above subscription@goa.com. Goa have told us to send any queries to the relevant email as others won't be replied.

As for spamming their emails, well I'm pretty sure THAT is illegal as you'll be overloading their server and basically causing a DoS attack on it (not to mention pissing off every other person who needs to send an email to them). Spamming will only slow this down for you (and everyone else).

i was just trying to get there attention with the spamming, which worked.

yes i no it can slow things down but after a month of nothing but standard responses i didnt no what else to do.

them blocking my emails dosnt matter i can make a new email address every day if need be.

also been searching the net and looks like they r breaking the data prot act, by not allowing us to view r details.

might be time to take legal action.

In there EULA they will be protected against this by stating that it is the users responsibility to keep their information up-to-date, another online MMORPG called Legend of Mir recently banned several dozen members for failing to keep their information up-to-date. Even though Mir's subscription service is up and down more than GOA's...

How do they decide who gets a free month?

I haven't been able to play for over 5 weeks now thanks to this mess up. I still haven't gotten all my passwords and I can't get a response out of anyone.

I don't want to play the game anymore as the way they've handled the whole situation has been utterly farcical, but at least if I can get the free month/ my damn password, I can pass my account on to someone else (another paying mug) so it gets used.

Still no PW here and i got the email saying we havent heard from you case closed, so i replyed how can it be closed read what i asked for.. my PW and your the only ones who have em and you havent sent em so its far from closed and sent again my details and still nothing... as for data protection act yes they are breaking that, by rights we as customers are entitaled to veiw our own personal details at any time

Data Protection Act wouldn't cover details held in France as far as I am aware.

Yes it would, its Europe wide, and i think the disclaimer maybe slightly illegal too, you cant ask people to agree to that sort of thing
