I thought it was ok - it was a bit slow in the middle, but the fast-paced parts were good Some rather creative imaginations must have been invloved in casting Davy Jones' crew

I enjoyed it. Thought it was a good film. It's supposed to be pure entertainment and thats what you get, if I wanted complex character development etc i'd stay at home and watch something by Akira Kurosawa

pile of shit. i work at a cinema, and i'm so sick of all the amount of idiots coming to see it as if it were some cinematic masterpiece, queuing up half an hour before the last showing finished and so on. silly.

superman, however, is going to be great.

Jack's script writer needs to be shot, he had in no way as many witty retorts or comments and also seemed to be abit less camp than in the first one, which is really all part of the act of a pirate... (must be the yankees complaining again) other than that, there were some funny parts and i enjoyed it.. (not as good as the first mind)

Also i agree some parts were stupidly slow, and it felt like they were doing stuff that was useless and non-plot related for ages.

Even though it was a bit mediocre in places, I would recommend it for the entertainment value Plus you get the cliff-hangar ending to lead into the next film!

It was rather funny that one ship had a Scottish Captain who changed his accent a lot

Agree with the lack of retorts. But did you not watch him running from those natives?

You couldn't get any more camp than if he was wearing pink lycra, listening to Right Said Fred and worshipping idols of Julian Clary.
