Pilus' Fury

What the hell is Pilus' Fury (found in Catacombs) and how do you kill it ????

It cons purp to 50 is about 1cm tall and flys about with a big fire nuke. Cant seem to hit it either.

It's in the walls and it's more a trap then something you can kill. That's why the middle hall is empty of mobs

We got it out off the walls today.

Its a very very tiny mob, flies about, came all the way to the entrance stairs.

I tried nuking it, everything was resisted... I think I emptied my power-bar on him... I even hit legion (although for 10 damage ) at least once when I empty out... Never hit the critter...

His nukes instant-kill level 30's btw... And he 'jumps' around... Its not like he follows normal mob 'routes'...

So I think its not kill-able...

You can stop it, but you need to kill the named monster (Pilus) in the end room. It's only when he has spawned that the AoE nuke happens. It comes from little purple con spawns (non killable I think) called Pilus's Fury

Yep we found the mob at the end of the corridor and yes it does stop him.


Would be happier if we could actually do something to the little guy though

damnit, gotten me all excited about an unkillable mob ^^
