A chef buddy of mine is opening a steak restaurant in London. The menu's pretty much fixed. Steaks, burgers, ribs and shanks of lamb etc. Starters include king prawns in garlic, whine, and butter. Superb deserts. Great side orders including onion rings and mash. He's a wine expert too so lots of very good wines. All good stuff, very reasonably priced. One or two veggie options but its primarily for carnivores.
He's toying with the idea of including a steak and kidney burger. I love steak and kidney pie so I quite liked the sound of it even though its a burger. He's not sure if it will work.
