Photoshop Abuse Needed.

I have a spastic who works for me and I would like some alterations doing to this photo -

I was thinking something along the lines of a squirrel popping out of his head that is on a hinge....as I imagine that is what his brain is.

But just go with your feelings. He is very fucking stupid if that helps.

For example : He came in 40 minutes early once, I said to him "why are you so early?" he said "its because I can't read the 24 hour clock on my phone"

For the record, Ryan(my employee) loves this stuff, he really likes when people mess with his picture and generally take the piss, hes a decent lad and gives as good as he gets. I put his picture on here so we could get a more varied array of stuff. He was even looking forward to what you guys did with it.
