There should also be a timer on how long you can take to have a turn, so people don't resort to haha pay me or i'll starve your pet thing.. that or let us use food during battle!

if the other person rarely checks FH or has disabled popup pm notification you have no choice but to surrender

being allowed to feed your pet while in combat would mean you could let them "erode"

i dont think you should be able to feed your pet in combat, because it will be in combat, how can u feed it when its ment to be fighting, i supose you could call for a timeout in the battle to feed it, but NOT heal it.

if your dog hits 100% hungry he looses as all his hp fast, so basically all you have to make sure off is wether the other dog is more hungry than you if that is so than you can starve him to death.
