Lord of the Rings dir Peter Jackson has signed up a deal with Microsoft in bid to create a "new form of digital entertainment" after becoming bored with films (possibly including elf and gorilla pr0n) and more excited with games. he will be doing some thing in the Halo universe perhaps even nicking the spot light from Rooster Teeth Production who are behind the ace Red vs Blue machinima series
