Pet Q: to Leirv BDs

At L43.5 my BD could have a L39 buffer pet + a L42 healer pet, or a L42 healer pet + a L36 healer pet.

Now at L44 I can't even have a L36 healer with the L39 buffer, or 2 L36 healers.

Is this normal?
Does it improve at L44.5?
Can anyone explain this, or point me to a thread which explains this?

Yes it is normal. I remember when I was exping I couldnt summon one of my pets or something like that. It's long time from that tho, so I don't know the excact details of this thing.

Without knowing your spec at 43.5 and 44 it's difficult to comment, but this might help explain how it works (or at least how it's supposed to work afaik).

Something to do with spec, level and %'s maybe? Not sure as i dont play the class.

but unfortunately it doesn't explain howcome I can only summon significantly lowerlevel pets at L44 than at L43
