this has taken alot of courage to actually say this to you guys and hoping there will be nice helpful responces after...

Well i know its hard for the individual to share there own personal problems so I will start by sharing with you all the problems I have and habits :(

Personal problems

1. I have bad rashes on the top of my arms, legs
2. I have skin problem but not severe but hardly noticable but I know its there
3. I've had problems down below (backside area) I use to bleed but never said anything hoping it would go away. Eventually 4 years later i went to the doctor (he said I had piles and constipation... I was going to the toilet once every 2 weeks because i was scared to go... Its been 3 years later and I'm not bleeding down below but I still think I have more of a problem but too scared to find out the results.
4. got a small lump on my arm/back which are being removed today at the hospital.
5. I know its all show on here and I really have no confidence when it comes to meeting girls (I never use to have this problem)... Although I can speak to anyone about anything. But after developing all these problems its kinda dented my confidence or when I do finally meet the girl of my 'dreams' so to speak... they shit on you...anyway...

Habits...

I guess i only really have 1 habit and thats biting my nails which is quite severe. I developed this habit from my dad and this is something I stop doing for a couple weeks to get out of the habit but then something triggers me off when something goes wrong I go back to it.

anyway as usual i got more to type but i really must get ready to go to the hospital now, speak soon.

Good luck at the hospital, my only advice to you is if you think anything is seriously wrong chase it up until you are satisfied that a specialist has given you the all clear.

Forgot to add confidence, is easy to achieve, the difficult part is having no shame :p Anyone can go over to a girl and talk to them, but a guy that is scared of the outcome will fail at the first step. The guys with so called confidence, don't have a fear of rejection, because they will simply move along until they find a chick that will not tell them to run and jump!!!!

You've mentioned a few things there. I think you should go see a GP and tell them about everything. He can either advise you, or book an appointment with a doctor.

When your confidence is low, or has been dented you will suffer from one problem in particular. You see a girl, you think she's nice and all that stuff but you worry she will not be interested, or maybe she is with a big group of friends and you dont wanna get blown out infront of them all, or maybe she's got a boyfriend, or maybe she's a really really hot looking lady boy who wants to turn into a dragon and eat you!

Ok the last bit was OTT, but the more you think about how you could be rejected, the bigger the wall you put infront of yourself.

I'm a shy person, and I still put walls up infront of myself so to speak, but they are not as high as before if that makes sense? If the person you're looking at shows some sign of interest. Go for it! Worst case you mess up but who gives a shit.

I'm not sure whether this is serious or not ?
Self-help
Regular warm baths may relieve irritation and help to keep the anal area clean. It's important not to strain your bowels during a bowel movement. If you have daily bowel movements that are solid but soft, you won't need to strain as faeces will pass easily and won't put pressure on the blood vessels in your anal area.

For point 3: i'd really say you should get it checked out if you have any thoughts you might have a problem. It's most probably nothing, but it's always better to be on the safe side. I speak from experience, i put off going to the doctor for bum problems for years and in the end i just got worse and worse until i needed multiple surgeries to sort out the problem. It wasn't nice, but i'm totally healed up now and with nothing other than a 6 inch scar to show for my troubles. I do know what you mean about confidence though, due to that and other problems i had with my body, i spent years not wanting to get close to anyone which was just horrible and really dented my confidence in life. However it all got better though.

You should be more scared that you have something that is going untreated.
