People with TDC: Its happening once again

Remember like ½ a year ago when all customers of TDC had major lag and LD? Well, it seems to be back again. For the past week or so I've been going LD over and over, while the rest of the server is experiencing no problems with lag. All except danish people with the crappiest ISP on the planet, TDC.

Think I'd better get a new ISP that knows what customer service is...

Mass ld in poc because of tdc <3 or just when i summoned harp on my mincer an i ld an have to wait 15 mins for it to be back up thats great it really is

Jimmi/Other people who may have this same problem. As well as hassling TDC, send us pingplots so we can have a look at them. If it's purely a TDC problem then we won't be able to do anything about it unfortunately, however if it's a problem with TDC routing through OT then we can escalate it to OT for their techs to try and work it out.

As ever the more info you send us the more likely it is that we can do something with it.

having tdc myself i remember the problem about a ½ year ago and ive noticed the lag lately, but alot of other people are having it to so didnt think it was only tdc

are there any pingplot guides around? no idea what it is and how it works

Yeah, got to problem also.

Both main comp + Buffbot comp got lag spikes, red aquares both up and downlink.

Seems to be Wanadoo probs as usuall. according to the pingplots. its packetloss at wanadoo and sometimes at the hop before server.

If GOA would only allow me to use Rightnow, have mailed customer acct page about it 8 times, and i keep getting standard replies.

Goa should de-commission rightnow and start with some simple form or smt on the webpage.
