Regulars: Come on guys, do we really need to flame n00b's so easily? Case in point yesterday, people flamed a pimping thread, then reaslised it was for charity, caused a lot of hassle. Completely ignore any poster who is trying to get a rise, they will sod off, once they know we won't take the bait anymore.

Chill people! If a n00b is annoying you, put em on ignore.

n00b's: Same goes for you lot, don't go flaming just cos the regulars are, you will get turned into a deep fried version of your former self, and please don't post pointless threads just to annoy the people already here.

Those regs and n00b's who don't flame, please ignore this post.

Hum... I think its a bit of a falacy that noobs get flamed all the time. If they read the fucking guide then they will settle in well. I didn't get flamed on my first post - prolly coz I lurked for a little while and got to know the forum before I posted
