pc tv tuner

thinking of getting a tv tuner for my pc and after looking about they all seem to have the same sort of features so i was just wondering if any of you had experience of tuners or could suggest a decent card or brand.

this one one has caught my eye as it also receives free to air digital channels.

also available in usb flavour which means i could hook it up at work

I was not impressed by the Hauppauge TV card I got, but it does work and is a lot more stable in Windows XP, the software is not exactly well designed.

I would stay away from the hauppage products tbh. Especially the external USB tuner which gave a nasty, stuttering picture.

They are generally a waste of time. But if you're desperate, save money by registering on ebay and buy one there.
