Debitcard is a pseudo creditcard.
A regular ATM card with creditcard number (VISA etc.) - if you purchase something by debitcard, the money gets taken off your account right away - other than getting a creditcard bill and paying later (if you can).
Had a debitcard when I lived in the US... they suck the big cheese
