Payment Problems

This is very seriously, I have played this game since Beta, always paying without problems,.... 3 months ago i left paying and when Gorre was with PVP i started paying again but the sourprise was when the payment doesnt work, and i created another visa to pay and it works, i put automatic payment... Ok. The big problem is now, when the time has expired and i recive the mail that says.... "Your Daoc Account has terminated"... its incredible i has automatic payment and it does not work, then i tried to pay in the web, i selected 1 month and Visa card, i put the number etc and .... SOURPRISE "transaction refused" "contct your bank" Ohh, incredible... i tried to pay with another visa... the same... and another visa credit card... the same. I contacted with my bank and they said all my Visa cards are perfecty working, then the problem is not with my credit cards. I asked a friend to pay my account (vecause he can pay without problems with his Visa) ok, he tried to pay my account and........ "transaction refused" then i thought the problem is with my account and i decide to send a e-mail to goa explaining the problem, this afternoon i have recibed the reply:

We've checked in our billing system and we can confirm you that your account problem is coming from your credit card as you're suspected of fraud.

An acusation of fraud in Spain is very very serious and im going to reply Goa with Spanish Legislations articles of this acusations.

i have the same problem than you, when the free month finish i tried to make subscription for a month and when tried to paid with visa server refused it, the visa is ok and that of "your credit card as you're suspected of fraud" is a serious acusation , then i have a no legal credit card too??? next year star wars galaxies is coming and by the future of daoc i expected than goa made the things better.

Y ahora en español pal k me entienda que teniendo en cuenta la gente de españa que jugamos a esto deberian entendernos , si teneis problemas con las visas de todo el mundo os atreveis a acusarnos de fraude??? pues nada hombre seguir asi con los clientes que vais a quedar vosotros solos jugando a esto, ala ya esta el k me entienda bien y el k no pos k se compre un traductor de idiomas que el español es de los idiomas mas hablados en el mundo.

I have the same problem, says Transaction Refused and my Visa is working perfectly according to my bank...
