Payment Help! plz

Ive been trying all day to pay for 1 month of DAoC... i have not played for 2-3 months as problems at home.

When i goto the Secure payment section then click to goto the payment site.. from the invoice.. it does not load. it just stays and says please wait... i have waited but nothing happens.. and if i close and go back to my account and try ordering again i get this msg instead of an invoice:

Reconnect yourself in the ‘My account’ directory in about 3 hours to check the state of your login and GAME password. If the state is not ‘Ok’, please access one more time to the secure payment form.

I waited the time it said but it the status stilled said closed...
can anyone help?

ive also haveing that problem also ive bin trying to update my account all day if this is how good they treat there customers soon they will have none left.i have reported this to rightnow i suggest you do the same.

m8 i cant go on rightnow i lost my pass and some reason they wont send me my pass when i put my username in for it to send out to my email address...

if so many ppl cant go on i guess they must b havin trouble their end.. give it till next week and if nout happens then bye bye DAoC

This is because your account isnt active. Only active accounts can use RIGHTNOW!, wich sucks deeply.

I have same problem

mm lol i access rightnow via my email address as my Login name .
My GAME login/pass doesn't work even when account was active so i gotta use my email addres lol

n3wbie some times it works and sometimes it dont... still if it is to be down it should be down.. and they should have more of a warning ect...

My worry is that the transactions have been duplicated :(

I have had the same problems this week, so after much anger i called my brother today and gave him my creditcardnumbers and password and it worked on the first try for him. so maybe u could try it from another computer

just got back from skool... rushed upstairs had a piss then i came on my comp and tried... LOL

i can access the payment method but after i have put in the details it says there is a technical fault so i still cant update my account:(

lucky u 2 damn it still aint working for me so if it still aint working in a few days then bb daoc and ill play something else cant be arse to be putting up with shit customer service like that its took them 3 days to reply where as before they have sorted a problem i had once in just a few hours.
