patcher problems

Upon logging into the game today, my client started downloading a 1mb update. However, when it gets to 100% it says "could not complete product update" does anyone know the reason for this?

or how to fix it. I crashed out of the game. Didnt quit properly but touched the windows button on my keyboard by error. Is this a part of the problem?

My one acount was still logged in so game server is still running they jsut knackered something on patched i guess.

There is a small problem on the client patch we announced earlier. Admins are working on it, and the patchers should be back up soonish. Sorry for the trouble.

I dont think reinstalling or rebooting will fix anything. They are having problems with the patch and now the patch server. If we are lucky; maybe we will be able to play the game tomorrow.
