Can anyone provide me with a link that will let me see the various new skills or upgrades/downgrades each character will get for the patches that will be released.

If you go here - http://www.camelot-europe.com/en/aide/popfaq.php and the click on Find Answers, they show what will be done in each patch - but we get all 3 of those in one go
