Patch??????

Well, I went LD in Avalon just now (Albion Excalibur) and when I reconnected it downloaded 12.6mb of stuff and then showed 1.63 release notes. Now the servers don't recognise either of my accounts or passwords. WTF is that?

you downloaded the us patch.go to update.dat in your camelot folder and replace the text in there with :
Mythic Patch
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat

No idea, log it with right now, im sure they will give you a speedy response.

Its as if you connected to the USA servers by mistake, maybe the patch updater has the USA server IP hardcoded if the pre-configured one times out, maybe there is an easy fix to this.

DAMN if barrysworld only had a SEARCH routine, or if it was only possible to make threads STICKY in the TECHNICAL area...

Block the USA patcher on your firewall - works for me

I have gotten that patch many times, and I have SEARCHED AND READ AND FOUND! so pls dont say that all excal players are brain damaged...
