[HELP] Patch download alternative

Hi all

is there anywhere that I can download the patches WITHOUT using the patch-client?

Unfortunately for me, my broadband supplier has put a cork in the torrent-traffic protocol, so my download speeds are between 0 and 3 kbit/s.. you know.. slower than an old dialup modem.

So my question is, can I download the patches through an HTTP-connection instead? Some site that holds the patches? I know there was a site for WoW that let me do this.
