For you who doesnt bother reading, here's a short add up:

Bainshee nerf (cone spells nerfed)
Druid nerf (decreased disease proc rate on pets)
Hunter nerf (decreased disease proc rate on pets)
Hunter love (new charm spells)
Healer love (increased range on celerity: 1000 > 1500)
Shaman love (10.0 DPS dmg add)
Skald love (power song and medium shield)
Vampiir nerf (fumble buff timer increased)
Necromancer love (huge love, over the top really)

... And Stormlord/Convoker will work in PvE once again.


Funny thing: Not a single word on the broker Heretic Rej line. Skalds will get medium shield, while heretic is stuck with small. And skalds who even can't spec in shield... lolz

You also forgot to mention that skald RR5 will now be usable in combat.

Combine that with medium shield and power regen song and you'll have one seriously OPed class!!

So instead of fixing the game texture itself they nerf a class, nice

haha just played my necro on pend.. gonna be fotm soon, its a now 2h pally with dd procs + lt + insane abs.. with an also nice substitute very fast casting pet, luving it xD

You can purge vamp fumble, but what's the point? He can reapply it 15 sec later...Well, untill 1.87 gets here.
Merc fumble is on a 7 min timer, btw.

I've read some of the complaints about this on the VN vamp boards, but i can't say i have any sympathy for them.
When my zerker is fighting well specced/geared/played vamps, there's really nothing i can do.
I fumble maybe 30-40%, then i get parried or evaded 30%...The times i do hit, half of those hits are unstyled because of the end drain.
My zerker prefers to fight mercs instead of vamps. Simply because mercs can't use their fumble debuff over and over and over again.

I can't wait till we get maulers. 30 sec duration fumble debuff with a 30 sec recast timer. It'll be fucking awesome!

the only nerf i cry about is this ---> - The storms effect graphics have been optimized and the center part of the storm raised to prevent small races from hiding inside and becoming difficult to target.

and this kicks ass---> Roleplay hat recipes are now available for armorcrafting and tailoring in all realms. Recipes range from level 31 to 51, including specialty recipes for hats with the predetermined fifth slot bonus.
