patch 1.64b?

wtf is going on?
after the pc d/l'ed a 9.4 ish mb patch? it shows 1.64b patch note with houseing and craps...i cant log in with 3 of the accounts i know...
wrong user name or pass word...wtf..
any1 else having this prob?
