Rightnow ernt slow, When i use it, usally get a reply in the next 24h,
I lost my poassword, go the right now, if you know your In-game login, no your account login,
Then, use the e-mail password, then in you should get a e-mail in the next 24hours,
Then once login to rightnow, ask a Question for all your Details,
I done that, got all my details e-mailed to me,
SlowRightnow, use it before judgeing it

Wolvon it happened that our GM lost his subscription password. Well he had the money for the guild emblem and we waited for A WEEK AND 3 DAYS.
Maybe now works better but im judging what happened to us.
