Parry is broken in rvr, so is blocking against styled attacks

Block works like a charm in RvR unless you get unlucky, wich happens.

parry can work in RvR its just a low % i think
as wuren about it parried 2 slams 2 amethyst slash of mine and evaded 4 others in a duel ;P
i hit him once! woot
the reason i ask was my scout hits about 20% of the time rest is a miss/parry..
