after watching it tonight i now believe that the death penalty is essential, not as a prevention, not as a cure simply to get rid of these scum bags.

the part that sent me over the edge was when they said that to search one of them it would infringe on their human rights, those scum bags gave up any human rights when they raped or murdered their victims imo.

Very worrying program to watch tbh, they might aswell just not bother with any bail hostel's or monitoring at all. Maybe build an extra few prisons with the money and keep the fuckers locked up.

i didnt see the show but was just having thgis conversation with my bf this morning, death penalty is obviously not a deterrant but at least if someone gets it there is no chance of them reoffending short of stalking someone via a ouija board. Though im still unsure of death penalty because of the "oops twas the wrong man" factor.

Hah, saw that movie at Sept's place at 3 am. Had to stay awake since my plane home went at 6:40 am. Had heard alot of good stuff bout it, but didn't think it was that good. It does seem to be a nice way to deal with scumbags though.

If the death penalty is intriduced I think in a few years you wont be able to do anything and survive. Drink driving = Death penalty. It won't uphold it's purpose they will just have to put everything to the death penalty.

I think it's a stupid idea.
