When the Pandora guys came to excalibur they had another guildname! what was that name and why did u/they change?

Im just curious my friend keep telling me it was a name they had to remove for some reason though neither me or he can remember it.

Guess we are drinking too much soda!

The name was Vigrid, the name was taken from somewhere in the old midgarian mythology (norrønne).
Unfortunatly a Nazi group in southern Norway had the same name.
If I remember right it was some swedes that reported it (but that is not so important).

This is mainly the reason they had to change their name to Pandora (when they first came the name was unsurten and it did stand betwin Vigrid and Pandora, it was first Renassiance(the name of their guild on Dartmoor), but they changed that when they went into the field, they changed it to Vigrid, and when they had to change again they changed it to Pandora. as you see not actually a big loss).

Other examples can be the guild Cutting Edge (still I can not figure out why this name have not been changed, the name is taken directly from a company).


Their history is another story.

I believe Cutting Edge is more of an expression than anything else, at least when it comes to guildnames... would surprise me if those guys took it from a company. Not my language really so don't mind me :viking:
