just wanna advertise the concept of Player made events.

This one was held in Camelot, 2 days ago:

it was organized, by PARP

now get busy organizing!

Not true, there have been two player-made events this week alone in Midgard-Prydwen. One might have gotten more notice, except it was beginning at the same time the Hib relic raid was going on. See Prydwen Tavern > Room of Midgard's Adventures for some details. Could be the start of a player-run campaign as well.
