Nice stats, but you have no WH & it's fixed ML10 weapon, so personally I wouldn't run it. Possible to get similar stats (albeit lower AF) with slightly better procs no rog and MHI

went for healprocs, its not by far a solo template, but good enough if i do run solo.
and its pretty well swappable with alot of other weapons.
