Paladin self buff + Astral BP

Hi

Two questions that you might be able to help me on :-

1. Is the paladin STR self buff effected by +buff bonus? (I'm assuming yes)

2. The Astral Breatplate has two type. One type allows the secondary affect to group heal mates for abot 100HP, the other version has no secondary affect description but casts some cloudsong like effect - anyone know what it is and why there are different version?

Yes group heal is reactive proc but other version of Astral BP - doesn't appear to have a secondary effect listed

And

3) Does paladin AF self buff benefit from +buff bonus?

for the AF buff yes and i think(not sure tho) that the af chant also benefits from buff bonus

mythic boosted the ml10 stuff a long time ago , but the items that wer recived before that remained

oh and im not sure but i think u need the same version items to summon cloak(or atleast legs/bp)

both the self buff and the af chant benefit from %buff. With20%buff my base str buff caps, it also adds ~80af or something to the chant.
