Paladin Question

Currently level 40.5.

Current spec is
29 slash
38 chants
26 shield
15 parry

Planned 50 spec is
39 slash
46 chants
42 shield
20 parry

Should I use my single line respec to spec out of parry and get slam asap or is it not that important for levelling?

slams more important in rvr imo, and parry for lvling with

i got slam at 46, can't say i really missed it much before then, soloed most of 42-43 too.

If you're in a group (as Paladins should be to level) then you don't need Slam because you should have CC.

I'd like to question your spec. 5 extra Parry is not going to be as useful as that of 48 chants would be.

You gotta go 48 chant. Its a must to get the best from pally.
I can solo mares in DF with 48 chant and good defense. High parry and 42 shield

Makes sense really. The value of the 48 Chant compared to the lower AF chant is worth it. Especially if you were going close to that spec anyway.

My specc with Sirtorvarg is;
48 Chants
42 Shield
39 Slash (I autotrained slash till lvl40)
18 parry

And I'm very happy with this specc =)
