Paladin Heal Proc godmode template

The template is basicly centered on 25% heal bonus + 9 heal procs (listed below) health at cl10 with current con/hits is around 2700

Chest = 200 heal proc + 130 heal proc
Arms = 130 heal proc + 200 ablative
Head = 80 heal proc from sidi tincture
Legs = 130 heal proc + 200 ablative
Hands = 80 heal proc from sidi tincture
Feet = 80 heal proc from sidi tincture
Shield = 130 heal proc
Friar heal proc = 100 value with a 25% proc chance
+ paladin heal chant in there which is 46 every 8 seconds (not sure if this is affected by +heal bonus yet)

Still trying to improve it (mainly the energy) I use friar haste + pala celerity which still caps attack speed with 0 quick from template (i've got 30 which is all from items none is sc'd) - the dex from template + mob3 caps block at rr6 iirc so dont need more of that things I would like more of:

Hits
Energy - if I cant get more nps i'll just swap between malice/ml10 slasher to keep thanes interupted
Not that bothered about matter alot of stealthers run them but they rarely hit me and I can use matter resist mythirian vs them so /care

Im going for this template! I have a belt that fits perfect in with this! It has 3% body, 7piety, 11% healing and +5 con cap

Put in three energy instead of the 3% body in the sc and it'll start looking good! Best paladin template I've ever seen mate

edit. About the heal chant I am pretty sure that it is affected by healing bonus.. I know that it is affected by relics

look for some other rogs there are high util rogs with upto 18% heal bonus on which will improve the template alot
