Port to Droghiad and Speak to Terod. You can port to Alid fie and find the other npc. Then after one round through it if you haven't been ported to Dommnan you can port to Necht to collect the nekkie...

Paidrean is listed as non-transferrable I beleive. It needs to be done by each character that wishes to use it.

The Lost Seed quest starts at Droighaid in SI. lt requires the character to be level 48 and you need to speak with Terod (against the far wall on the same side as the stable master). He will tell you to speak with a Firbolg just outside the walls of that same compound before you port to Aailid Feie to speak with Jandros (in one of the trees). If you've done that then you have to kill the evil tree in Cothrom Gorge which will pop red-purple. You may have to run the quest several times to finally get the Necklace but you get experience each run though. It will be offered until you have the necklace, the Fainey Argid ring and the Aiglean Earring.

There is an awful lot of running around on this quest, even with the new porting so I suggest having a horse as a minimum or a friend with a speed chant to go with you.
