Packet loss

Anyone else having lag or loss? I have this insane loss wich means I can't do any styles. Well I can do it but when I finally do them it's too late. I dunno what to do but I'm getting very pissed atm. I have a 10Mbit connection so it aint that. So it's not like I'm going LD much or having lag. It's "only" my loss that's a pain in the ***!!

Your ISP will have no control over this, you best bet is to get in touch with the company that runs this particular server and find out what is causing the huge response times.

Just FYI I just pinged that server and my response times were fine. It's still worth checking out though I guess the problem is the routing between that server and the previous one.

Kinda right but your isp are the people to sort it, i doubt u will get much joy with opentransit as you are not a direct customer of theirs so they will prolly offer u no support wheras your isp is peering off them so is a customer of theirs.

I got same ISP and i have been experiencing lag in about 1 week, and its daoc only, nothing else.

I got the same problem, and I called Bredbandsbolget a few days ago. They said the server is in France and they cant do a shit and laugh. I really think Bredbandsbolaget is the worst ISP in the world. I got 10mb cable and ping 800-1000 when I try to play.
If I use my old modem 56k and Telia as ISP I ping around 150.

So Bredbandsbolaget wont help us, all we can hope for is that the french guys start using internet and finds out they have a problem and solve it.
