that you might wanna change since its an instrument ;p get choker of zahur to replace some of it, only gives 5 dex cap, but then you can change belt to something like woven hair of malamis.

and your shield only gives 2% cast spd, gov gives 4% cast spd and 4% spell range afaik

also, change mace to something like stratus or something just as good (maybe even a crafted) it gives shiteload of acuity/dex cast spd and heal bonus afaik

and if you dont care about the template being duplicatable take a rog weapon with dex cap and resis/hits/con/anything useful so you hit dex cap and such ;-D

read again guys, he has the right GoV but has the wrong stats for runed defender. 6% cast speed is the old pre-nerf version.

From High Priest Akil afaik (Tartaro's Gift encounter mob.) according to Allakhazam, says nothing about it being a neckless though, but no midgard item confirmed yet, so I'm not sure.
