Applied this to one of my machines, i ran outlook and it presented me with the eula, which i agreed to. Machine was rebooted after use. Since then, everytime i go into outlook it asks to agree to the eula, then it fires up word and asks for the eula to be agreed to. When you agree to it and come out of outlook it repeats the same thing. Any ideas? :/

Not too sure what u are referring to but if u just mean u installed Outlook from a Office install, load up outlook with the disc in the drive and it shouls stop doing it (if what i am thinking) bears any relevance

If it's broken, run the Office setup disk and run "Repair".

Out of interest, what *is* that that you've just installed?

OXPSP2 (Office XP Service Pack 2) is the second service pack for Office XP. Off the top of my head, I'd recommend either uninstalling the service pack (if you can) and reinstalling it afresh, or doing as CptDoom and (Shovel) suggest and trying to repair the Office installation (which may prove the better of the two options).

Kind Regards
