Ordered 90% of my hardware from them and never had a problem. The couriers they use could be better but at least they give a royal mail option for smaller items.

Someone has something bad to say about all retailers, but setting up satircal sites isn't orginal and isn't really very funny anymore.

They must be doing something right if their orders per day are contiunally growing I'd guess they're shifting about 7 or 8 times more orders per day than when I worked there.

Personally always had great service from them.
The P&P is a bit steep but other than that --- and the Royal Mail option can be good -- last thing I ordered was a router on a friday afternoon anout 4PM if I remember right -- got it royal mail the next morning ! (Sat)

I once backed out of an order with them, because they wouldn't insure it over a certain amount due to them having to ship it cross-channel to me. This was a long time ago, so things may have changed.

Likewise. I've never had any issues with them. Had a motherboard that died after about 6 months of use (inexplicably), sent it back and got a replacement within 2 weeks.

Law of averages dictates that companies who deal in complex electronic equipment are going to get complaints either through faulty goods (bad batches, etc), user error (breaking CPU cores, etc). You could probably find just as many people complaining about Dabs, Scan, et al as you would people singing their praises. Like OcUK.

Never had a problem. Been ordering occasionally from them for 4 years, and never once had a problem. Plus they're cheaper than most places.

I've not noticed any decrease or increase in their standard of service: it's always been high to me.

One of the partners bought the other out, not so much a change of management really. If anything the service has improved from what I've seen.
