Overcharge question on lvl 24 items

Hi im kinda new to sc ing lark

How much can u reliably overcharge a lvl 24 99% item with 13 imbue points please?

I gather it depends on lvl of crafter so any examples would be great.

You can overcharge all items 5,5 pts. It's risky if you are below 1000 in skill thou. I have oc 5,5 pts on all my bg char's gear, including a lvl 0 99% hooded cloak.

Only remember to use up all 4 slots when oc'ing, or else your item will most likely blow up.
