overbilling!!! where can i complain!

I've been automaticaaly charged for paying for daoc, sometimes they took the 10euro off my account 2 times per month, they overbilled me waay too much, where can i email to solve this, i didn't find how or where on camelot-europe.com

pls someone help me.

Complain to RightNow

if they give you any fuss, contact your card supplier and tell them you've been doublecharged, and initiate a chargeback

I was also double billed last month, although they credited my account a couple days later.
