out of the blue

my brother's daoc account has just been hit with a random auto renew of 3 months. the last sub on the account was 1 month (a long time ago) so they cannot say the 3 month thing was because of the last sub (because it was 1 month originally)

this happened to my account also a few months ago, i contacted my credit card company about it and they are looking into it, but surely this shit cant be legal? there has gotta be somethin that can be done to get money back or atleast get this company pulled up so they cant do it to anymore people?

completely un-professional and wouldnt mind an answer from someone in some sort of position with the company (i know u read here)

Although they do read here (and I half expect them to answer here as well) I do suggest you rightnow stuff like this.

Moreso as you can include the account details there so it maybe can be fixed.
