Origin of the Harpies TOA quest

i did this quest and tried to do the subquest. alas i'm still missing Harpy talon to complete this quest and i cant Forage anymore for these items. I have the other items needed for this quest twice.

So if anyone could spare me a Herpy talon i'll give you the other quest items.

i had teh same problem, only thing you have to do is find someone who has the rest.
