Open question to anyone at GOA who cares about the paying customers.

I submitted a question to RightNow on 05/07/03, about a one-time drop that didn't drop.

There was no response at all, so on 16/07/03 I posted an update asking why there had been no response at all.

Today, I posted ANOTHER update as it has been ANOTHER 10 days and still no response at all.

I wish to know why nobody there can be bothered to even answer a simple question. You claim that questions will be answered "...as fast as possible (usually 48h / 72h)." This has been shown to be untrue.

Please explain to me why these claims of service standards are blatantly not being met.

Yeah ok - it wasnt constructive - but couldnt resist... sorry... unfortunatly thats the only official way to get hold of someone from GOA, if many people here believe the support is appauling then maybe a date when no one logs onto the english servers would show how much we object to being treated this poorly. But I doubt that would ever happen.
