ok, if u think the second server failure in a week is acceptable then fine. I for one feel that one of the major parts of the game is RVR, and if the server is not able to handle it then it is imo a form of selling under false pretences.
and yes, i meant GOA.
ill clarify... i would rather they fixed the damn server that offer us a bland anonymous brush off e-mail and a free day. The server was down for nigh on 18hrs. that is a full day, the free day isnt compensation it is a refund.
what i would like to have seen was more of an explanation, the server fixed more promplty, a better apology than 'new server up soon', an option on the survey to complain about the server condition (rather than a form that delibirately forces you to pick from a manipulated selection - see my earlier post for details) AND our free day.
i dont think that's unreasonable. we pay a subscription fee for a reason.

its fair? i lost 1 1/2 days of playing and only getting 1 day back i would expect at least 2 days but maybe more if they felt like it is a consistant problem which it does seem to be like twice in a week

I agree with that, they should at least upgrade the servers or let us know what they're going to do about. Though I still think its better than nothing to have a free day, or 6 free hours ion that case
and sorry i ld'd yesterday when we pulled stuff in DF :< was in howth when i logged in again so i can imagine what happeed ;x
