a certain company despatched something for me about 3 weeks ago.
by monday i hadnt recieved it, so i reported this to the company. they claim if you dont recieve it in 2 weeks then to tell them and ask either for a refund or a re-dispatch.
well this company refunded me. i come home today to find my item has arrived.

if it was you would you tell them or not?

Nah, you were within your right to complain and they must've sent it out later than they should have otherwise it would've reached you (unless something went tits up in shipping)

I'd just keep schtum and enjoy :D

call them up and explain. they may even give you a discount for being honest.

honesty is the best policy imo.

I'd say it depends on whether you signed for it.

I called up to chase up a delivery of mine years ago and they sent another out. The other one arrived too. I kept them both.

You have complied with their requirements for a refund or a redelivery. The delivery took longer than 2 weeks.

Keep it, its yours.

BEWARE KARMA!

Or believe Tom.

im kind of thinking its their fault. i mean they made the policy, longer than 14 days and you can choose a refund or another.
it took them less than 24 hours to decide to refund me as well.

it might be easier just to give the 7 quid to charity. after i put it on, add fees, add postage, at vat well you get the drift :)

(btw, the item was 7 quid in sale, originally 30 :) )
