One Time Drops

Hi all

I am gathering some accesories by doing One-Time-Drop-Quests which basically means finding named mobs that drop an item and kill em, but i dont seem to get any drops from mobs that are hib or alb (i am mid).
Does any1 know if i can only get One-Time-Drops from my 'own' realm ??

You can get an MP lv 24ish 6 spd axe from some mob in skona area, its called mourning rage if you wanna search for it on some website

You can get all OTD's from all three realms, aslong as you can 'use' it (means; able to wield or wear it). Like a hib can't get a reward of a mid helm otd.. and mid/alb chars can't do hib LW otd's.. etcetc
