Is it really true that you should use this style After a target fumbles?

I have never seen any target fumble....

can be used when the target misses.... fumble is mainly in RvR, but misses will do the same job

very nice damage when you first get it

I've heard rumor that they are going to change this for when an opponent Parries..I was told this via word of mouth so I don't know how true this really is... If anyone knows the truth then please feel free to correct me :)

Well, then maybe I should try using it. As mobs seldom fumbles, I thought it a waste to make room in the quickbar for this style. But if it works after an opponent misses, then it is far more usefull.

As for Mythic chancing the prerequisite for Evernight. Well, I read an official announcement from Mythic (on the US Herald, I think), that they would look into changing every style that could be used after target fumbles, since that allmost never happens. I'm pretty sure, however, that they didn't write what they would do about it. So until I read something from Mythic about it, I think I consider any statements about the changes, as rumour:)
